If you're reading this, you're on the board.

About a year ago we locked down automatic registration because of spam. In the last while I've managed to reduce the amount of these requests we get. As I have to authenticate every new account, I can miss a few genuine ones along the way. Sorry about that. It was nothing personal. I swear.

I think I'm going to turn back on automatic membership, no approval needed (apart from authenticating your email address). We'll see how it goes. If you see spam, report it. I'll get an email and can deal with it as soon as possible.
